In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33mbd" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at 33mbd.io, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and features accessible under that domain.
• "User", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or otherwise uses the 33mbd platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the registration process on 33mbd.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) denominated credit held in a Player's account, derived from deposits made via approved payment methods.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, crash game, slot, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or incentive granted by 33mbd to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Approved Payment Methods" refers to the local and international payment channels currently supported by 33mbd, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

To register and maintain an active account on 33mbd, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 33mbd strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You may maintain only one registered account on the 33mbd platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under a third party's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 33mbd or any affiliated programme, nor have been previously banned from the Platform for a violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when registering or placing bets.

33mbd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Verification of identity and age may be conducted at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Each registered Player is solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through their 33mbd account. This responsibility is not transferable and cannot be delegated to another individual.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 33mbd's support team immediately upon becoming aware, or suspecting, that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or stolen. 33mbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.
• You agree to keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated contact information may result in delays to account verification, withdrawal processing, or support resolution.
• You agree not to allow any other individual to access or use your account, including family members or friends. Each individual must register their own account in their own name.
• Account balances and winnings are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable. 33mbd does not permit the sale, transfer, or assignment of account balances between users.

All financial transactions on the 33mbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using Approved Payment Methods. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned subject to processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard account withdrawals are processed within two to four business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time operating hours. VIP account withdrawals are eligible for same-day processing.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 33mbd account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 33mbd may require satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is not discretionary. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in the withdrawal being held or the account being suspended pending investigation.
• 33mbd does not impose a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Platform. Players who make an accidental deposit must contact support at [email protected] for assistance; resolution is at the discretion of the 33mbd finance team.

All bets placed on the 33mbd platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. In addition, the following general rules apply to all wagering activity:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a system-generated confirmation on screen or via notification. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or insufficient balance are void and no funds will be deducted.
• 33mbd reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or obvious mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account in full.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, odds are locked in at the rate displayed at the moment of confirmation regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 33mbd reserves the right to impose individual bet limits, maximum win caps, and market restrictions on any event or game type at any time, including after registration. These limits may be applied at an account level at 33mbd's sole discretion.
• All game outcomes for casino products, slots, and crash games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. These outcomes are statistically independent — prior results have no bearing on future results.
• Suspected abuse of bonus mechanics, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies, or any coordinated activity designed to exploit the platform will result in the cancellation of associated bets and the suspension of the account.

33mbd offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, subject to the following conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 33mbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any in-progress wagering contributions at the time of such withdrawal are honoured.
• Promotional offers may be limited to Players based in specific regions, using specific payment methods, or meeting minimum deposit thresholds. Players who do not meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of claiming a bonus will have the bonus reversed, along with any winnings generated from it.
• Abuse of promotions — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, providing false information to qualify for a bonus, or exploiting bonus mechanics in bad faith — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of all balances.

33mbd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides Players with access to a suite of self-management tools designed to support healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based session reminders that notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During this period, the account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and bets cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account and exclude themselves from the platform may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of twelve months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all funds without refund:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, including accounts registered under a different name, email address, or mobile number.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any communication with 33mbd's support or compliance teams.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, interfere with, or disrupt any component of the 33mbd platform, its software, its APIs, or its databases.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose, including the processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players, sharing information in real time during live games, or coordinating betting activity to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other participants.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been or is intended to be placed.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or incorrectly displayed odds that are clearly the result of an error rather than an intentional market offering.

33mbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within the time frame specified by the compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via support.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement that compels 33mbd to restrict access to the Player's account or jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation rather than terminated permanently, 33mbd will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required for reinstatement within 72 hours of the suspension being applied, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, all funds remaining in the account at the time of closure — including both deposited funds and bonus balances — shall be forfeited in full. This forfeiture provision shall not apply to accounts closed at a Player's own request in the absence of any breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33mbd's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 33mbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 33mbd shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, third-party payment provider failures, connectivity disruptions on the Player's side, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
• 33mbd does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any specific game, market, or feature. Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may be carried out at any time, with or without advance notice.
• Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33mbd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or its freedom from errors or defects.

33mbd collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by 33mbd — including name, date of birth, contact details, device information, and transaction history — is used solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, processing transactions, verifying identity, complying with anti-money-laundering obligations, and improving the user experience. 33mbd does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

All data transmitted between the Player's device and the 33mbd platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing with individual salts and are never recoverable in plain text by any member of the 33mbd team.

33mbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33mbd will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and via an in-platform notice displayed upon login. The effective date of any revised terms will be clearly stated at the top of the updated document.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance in your account before the amended terms take effect.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution process as determined by the Platform in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international principles of online gaming law applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights.
